The Jameh Mosque of Babol (Persian: مسجد جامع بابل) is related to the Qajar dynasty and is located in Babol, near the cultural Intersection.[1][2][3]

On October 23, 2022, the Fars News Agency reported the theft of the historic inscription plaque at the western entrance of this mosque, and according to the CCTV cameras around the mosque, attributed this theft to "rioters" (a term the Iranian government uses to address protesters).[4]
